Intense fresh, clean complex aroma of citrus, tomato leaf with vanilla notes. Excellent transfer to the palate with more complex fresh nuts, apple, green herb and hints of sweetness. Fresh and lively. Creamy mouthfeel with moderately low bitterness and pugency. Texture is very well balanced and rounded. Very good warm, lingering finish. A complex, harmonious, multidimensional oil and an excellent example of delicate style.
